Our curriculum is built on our own teaching system and lessons, structured around the open-source ML4T framework (MIT-licensed code, used with attribution). Students learn the concepts through our materials and apply them in an original project of their own.
You leave with a working, reproducible quant project on your own GitHub — not a certificate for work you never did.

Aquila Capitol LLC is an independent, early-stage quantitative research and education studio registered in Wyoming, USA. We were founded in 2026 by Simon Qiu, a quant-focused developer, with a simple belief: the fastest way to become a quant is to build something real, guided by someone who has. We would rather be small and honest than large and hollow.
